Last week, we were sitting in Hannah's room reading books. Nathan was reading a few pages from the children's book My First Book of Mormon Stories. The first part of the book tells the story of Lehi and his family leaving Jerusalem and going to the promised land.
Just before Nathan turned the page he pointed to the drawing (see picture below) and said "See Hannah...there are palm trees in the promised land."
*For those who don't know--the reason this was so funny for us is because we both like to move back to Southern California, and there are palm trees there.*
